Integrative counselling in Norwich, Norfolk
Hello, and welcome
Many of us struggle at some point in our lives, and we often don’t know what to do or where to turn. You may be seeking therapy because events have brought you to a crisis point in your life. Perhaps you are finding it difficult to cope with anxiety, depression, feelings of grief or the impact of trauma. Maybe you are repeating destructive patterns of thinking and behaving without understanding why, or just have a sense that something is wrong and need to expore what that might be.
Each of us experiences life's challenges in our own way, and we can sometimes find it hard to manage alone. Talking to friends and family can help, but if you feel that the problem runs deeper, then working with a qualified professional can help you.
Counselling is a conversation with a therapist that is confidential and focuses on you, your thoughts, feelings and what you hope for. It can help you to discover the path to positive change, and support you to overcome the barriers to reaching your full potential.
Results can be transformative.
I believe that the relationship between myself and my client is fundamental for therapy to be effective. I offer a genuine, down-to-earth and confidential space for you to explore your concerns or worries.
