I believe that recognising you are struggling and finding the courage to ask for help may be your first step towards finding some resolution.
My own experiences of confronting and surviving personal challenges have allowed me to value the importance of counselling. I believe that having the space to talk through your issues, to feel accepted and not judged, can be invaluable. Working together in an atmosphere of safety and trust, counselling offers the chance to explore, understand, and change your life.

I am an Integrative Counsellor, working with individuals in my private practice based in Norwich, Norfolk.
My approach focuses on the belief that every client and relationship is unique. This means I am not tied to one model of therapy but can combine aspects of several models to fit your individual needs. I provide a safe, collaborative, warm, and non-judgemental environment for you to express yourself and feel understood.
There are many factors that affect our satisfaction in life, and people coming to counselling need to feel heard and understood. I believe that gaining understanding about yourself ultimately empowers you to have confidence and and will help you overcome the barriers to reaching your full potential. Results can be transformative.
As a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I abide by their ethical codes of conduct. I offer a safe and confidential space in which you can explore any difficulties including: abuse, anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, relationship issues, trauma, bereavement and loss.
